Good Night!

It’s funny, I didn’t become obsessed with sleep until I had to become obsessed with someone else’s sleep. It was so clear when my son had a good night of sleep. He played better, smiled more, and was having better days.

He is essentially an exact copy of me, so a good night of sleep should have the same effect on me. Experiment proved true. 8+ hours and I was taking over the world.

Now the parts that matter –

I do not have ADHD or any diagnosed depression/anxiety. Normal heart health. Normal BMI. I exercise in the mornings. I am the boss at work so moderate stress levels. Everything I test should be judged against that. I only recommend things I try and will do my best to be transparent if someone gifts me something for a test. Let’s all sleep, together.
