Exercise 6:30 am – 7:30am

Iced cold brew – 8:00 am – 8:45 am

No breakfast

Lunch is a simple sandwich with limited added sugar.

Dinner can be anything. One zero sugar Pepsi

Snack two Tate’s gluten free chocolate chip cookies

Drink Nightly Greens.- 9:30 PM

Get into bed. Beautyrest Black® Series Three 15.25″ Medium Mattress. HELIX KNIT WEIGHTED BLANKET. Marlow Pillow. – 10:00 PM
